My Grandmother Prayed for Me is a web ring that I created.
Three gospel songs inspired this web ring. "My Mother Prayed for Me" by Dorothy Norwood, "Helen's Testimony" by Helen Baylor, and "Granny's Angels" by Nicole C. Mullen. In the song, "My Mother Prayed for Me", Dorothy Norwood tells us that her mother prayed for her. My mother isn't saved and I wasn't raised by her, but my grandmother who raised me, prayed for me. In "Helen's Testimony" by Helen Baylor, she tells us that she had a praying grandmother. In "Granny's Angels" by Nicole C. Mullen, she tells us that we can't keep living on the prayers of others, we have to get to know the Lord for ourselves. There are many of us whose grandmothers prayed for them, so that's why I created this web ring.
This web ring honors grandmothers. Once at church, I heard a grandmother say, "If it wasn't for GRANDMOTHERS, some of the children would be in much worse shape."
So if you want to remember and honor your grandmother, come and join us.
All sites will be accepted as long as they are not vulgar, derogatory, or negative. Let's put it like this, if your Grandmother couldn't visit your web site without giving you a good talking to or whipping, then your site will not be accepted.
Please feel free to honor your grandmother by joining us. You can also check out the Granny's Angels Web Ring and the I Love My Grandfather Web Ring.
